Hanvia Motors is a China-based vehicle export business. The Site presents new and used vehicles available for export to dealers, importers and buyers in international markets, and lets you contact us to request quotations and export services.
2. Listings, Prices & Availability
Vehicle listings, specifications, images and prices shown on the Site are for reference only and do not constitute a binding offer. Availability, final specifications, prices and delivery terms are confirmed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a separate written quotation, proforma invoice and/or contract. Prices are typically quoted FOB or CIF in US dollars and may change without notice.
3. Inquiries
Inquiries are handled via WhatsApp and other channels we provide. Any transaction is subject to the separate commercial terms agreed between you and Hanvia Motors.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content (excluding third-party trademarks and vehicle brand names, which belong to their respective owners) are owned by or licensed to Hanvia Motors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Vehicle brand names are used only to describe the vehicles we export and do not imply official authorization unless expressly stated.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party services (such as WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is”. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that all content is error-free or current. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanvia Motors is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Guangzhou, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
